I dropped off my sewing machine last wed. Larry was able to pick it up Sat. They replaced the bobbin case and tuned it up. The needle threader is working again. I am happy to have it home.
I was soooo close to picking out a new one while I was at the store. She was a really good saleswoman. However, clearer minds prevailed.
YAYYYYY I am happy that you have your sewing machine back. Alas, mine is still a hostage at the fabric store. LOL I can't wait to get it back. And that is a lovely quilt. Thank you for following my blog. I hope I can make it interesting :) How is Trixie? Is she doing better? Take care, Janet
ReplyDeleteOh wanted to say that your autumn leaves picture at the top is great. I love the changing leaf colors in the fall. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're back in action! I don't know what I'd do without my spinning wheel! Lovely quilt!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Lisa, for you comment on my blog. It is now 1:17am. And I just finished my 4th sweeping and shoveling of the porch and stairs. Princess Downy had to go out one last time. The snow has slowed down now We probably got a foot or so. :) Will be warm in cozy within the hour. Take care, thanks for stopping by.
ReplyDeleteI admire your craftsmanship. Excellent work. I'm glad that your machine is now fixed. Happy blogging!
ReplyDeleteI have that same weakness Lisa, and The sales lady at the Viking shop in Knoxville knows just which buttons to push to make me sweat.
ReplyDeleteBut I just can't replace an old friend with a new one just because it's "old".... yet... *hehe*
Love the quilt in the last picture- so so pretty.
